SHIPPING
International orders are shipped with DHL and domestic orders are shipped with either DHL or ACS.
Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes. All orders are delivered using the
shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our
website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your
registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched, receiving tracking
information for your package.
If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following
working day. We make every effort to dispatch each order within 10-15 working days,
however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. In the unlikely event the delivery time
exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order without being charged and you will be refunded.
All orders are shipped from Greece. If you place an order and enter a shipping address located
outside the EU, import duties and taxes might incur by the local custom office upon the
package’s arrival at the airport. We cannot determine beforehand what these duties will entail
for each country. For further information please contact your local tax authority.
Please note, all deliveries are signature required.
If we are unable to deliver the goods due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will
be resent to you only at your expense.
Gift Wrap
All orders ship with a gift box and a custom jewelry box or pouch.
RETURNS
We want our client to be entirely happy with their new jewelry and hope you are satisfied
with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn items and in
their original packaging within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your
package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns require a return authorization.
Please email us at customercare@alvearejewelry.com for a return authorization. For your
return, we propose using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We
cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items. In case we don’t receive the items,
the amounts paid will not be refunded. The client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may
vary.

Please make sure our items are returned new, unused including their original packaging with
the safety tag still attached. All items come with a safety tag attached. A sale will be deemed
final if this seal has been broken, or if the item is used or incomplete. All returns are inspected
by our experts before granting a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will
not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
In case of defective or wrongly delivered items at the fault of Alveare dina h, exchange or
refund of payment shall be issued, upon request, unless the defect or wrong delivery has taken
place or is attributed to the postal carrier’s negligence. If an order is received damaged please
do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged after opening the parcel,
please photograph the damaged item immediately and notify us as soon as possible. Please
note that we insure all orders against damage during transit. No reclamation will be accepted
after 3 working days.
When a ring is re-adjusted on a specific size on demand, it becomes custom made and it is
neither returnable nor refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchange is limited to exchange for the same product if the product delivered to you is defective or damaged.
In circumstances where you consider that the product does not conform to the Contract at the time of delivery
you should promptly contact us via our web form or send us an e-mail at customercare@alvearejewelry.com with details
of the product and its damage. You may also return the product by giving it to the Courier arranged by us.
Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or
refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund or replacement
as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail
that you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and
any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the product. We will always refund any money
using the method of payment used to make payment.
REFUNDS
We’ll process your return within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, during
busier periods it may take up to 7 working days. As soon as we’ve received and inspected
your return, we’ll email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will
also notify you about whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment. If the recipient of the products indicated in
the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the
amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
After having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been fully complied
with, we will promptly start the refund process. We will refund you as soon as possible and in
any event within 30 days. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been
made.
Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and
processing times between payment providers.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within
the EU. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or
debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros. Bank charges and shipping costs are not refundable.
In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions stated above, you
will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid when placing the order. You will
however be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which
they were sent back to us. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in
which they were sent back to us, we shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the
amount already received.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its
original condition, damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item
that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
